If the marriage ceremony you are planning is elaborate and likely to be held
over a span of a few days , you will need to make arrangements in terms of
both accommodation and transportation for your out -of -town guests.
Shaadionline offers to make to the perfect arrangements for you , all
within the limits of your budget .Your guests will remember you warmly
and thank you not only for an enjoyable time at the wedding , but also for a pleasant and comfortable stay. |

We offer a choice of:
• Luxury rooms - over Rs. 3500 and above We can make bookings for you in
any 5-star hotel of your choice. However,as most hotels are overbooked
during the wedding season , you will need to let us know the numbers much in
advance.
• Medium rooms - Rs . 2000 to 3500.
Go through your guest list and have an estimate ready as early as possible.
• Low Medium rooms - Rs. 1000 to
2000 . Apart from hotels, there are inns available that offer good air
conditioned rooms at the above rates . These inns have almost all the
facilities as that offered by a 3-star hotel . Although the rates vary
from place to place, if you give us enough notice, we can also negotiate
on bulk bookings for you.
• Budget Rooms - under Rs. 1000.
If your budget does not extend to any of the choices given earlier,we
can suggest guest houses either close to your neighbourhood or the venue.
• Apartments - Besides hotel rooms
, inns and guest houses , we also offer you the choice for lodging your
guest in well furnished apartments . You can take a pick of three or more
bedroom apartments . They come complete with a sitting room , dining room
, kitchen and bathrooms. Apart from providing all the
gadgets , utensils , towels and bedlinen . There is also a maid service. All in
all, your guests can have the comforts of a home away from home.
What's more, we stack up the refrigerator with necessary requirements
such as mineral water,cold drinks,tea,coffee,and other requirements for
breakfast and snacks , as that is probably the only meal that is not catered to in a wedding household.
Rates per day for a three bedroom apartment usually start from Rs. 5000
onwards ,and are often negotiable depending on season and the numbers
required . Please note that all rates quoted are exclusive of taxes and service charge.

Receiving the Guest
All we need from you is an itinerary of the guests , and we will take
care of the rest. Depending upon their mode of travel ,our vehicles and
staff will personally pick them up from the Airport ,Bus terminus or Railway station.

Transportation and Parking
At Shaadionline,we also offer to take care of all your requirements of transportation, such as
• Arranging for and negotiating
with rental companies for extra cars that you may need for your guests
,or at home for your family members to meet up with the extra demands of travel.
• Arranging for transportation
for guests who would like to join the marriage procession. This would
require chartering a bus or a van depending upon the numbers.
• Arranging for chauffeur driven
limousines. The groom may also choose to arrive at the bride's house or
the wedding venue in a buggy , or a horse carriage ,the rates for which
have been given in the section on Wedding Rentals.
• Arranging for valet parking .Whether
the marriage is being held in a hotel, a farm house or a park we arrange
for valet services, adding to the convenience of your guests ,besides
giving a special touch to the event. |
